Major shifts in surfboard production have allowed us to use advances made in design and production to create the best shapes based on more than 35 years of success in the business. In response to higher production costs, our shapers have traveled extensively in search of new manufacturing partners. Select stock boards are produced overseas using the same polyester blanks, hand-finishing techniques, glassing processes and exacting standards as our Hawaii-made boards.
These boards meet strict guidelines set by Craig Sugihara, the founder and president of T&C Surf Designs. Our commitment to providing the best shapes and utilizing the best materials to maximize performance and stoke remains the most important part of our business.
